1. What MyLoan4U is

MyLoan4U is a loan referral platform. We are not a lender, bank, or NBFC — we connect applicants with third-party lending partners. We do not make lending decisions. All loan approvals, interest rates, terms, and disbursements are determined solely by the lending partner, not by us.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a loan agreement to use this platform.

3. Your account

  • We use email-based one-time codes (OTP) for login — there are no passwords to manage.
  • You're responsible for keeping access to your registered email secure, since that's what protects your account.
  • You agree to provide accurate, current information when registering and applying.

4. No guarantee of approval or terms

Submitting an application through MyLoan4U does not guarantee loan approval, a specific interest rate, or any specific terms. All of that is determined by the lending partner based on their own criteria.

5. Fees

  • Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the platform's security or functionality

8. Our relationship with lending partners

We act as an intermediary only. We are not the agent of any lending partner, nor are lending partners our agents. Any agreement you enter into for a loan is directly between you and the lending partner, governed by their own terms.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyLoan4Uis not liable for any loss arising from a lending partner's decisions, loan terms, or conduct. The platform is provided "as is," and we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or misuse the platform. You may stop using the platform and request account deletion at any time.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [your city/state].
